To help continue our growth, we are looking for a Senior NHS Partnerships Manager to join our dedicated NHS team and help expand the number of Trusts and Regions we work with, expanding our work across the sector. You will work closely with our marketing and research team to identify, engage, and win new partnerships, providing vital L&D solutions and development opportunities for passionate NHS professionals across the country.

As our Senior NHS Partnerships Manager, you will support our work to engage new NHS Trusts and Integrated Care systems (ICS) across England and grow these partnerships.

The role:
As our Senior NHS Partnerships Manager, you will support our work to engage new NHS Trusts and Integrated Care systems (ICS) across England and grow these partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
- Relationship building
- Building strategic relationships with senior decision makers at new NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICB’s) to launch new partnerships for Leadership, Data and Technology.
- Grow relationships with a particular focus on opportunities across the ICS
- Working closely with the Account Management team to ensure that programmes are delivered on time and a positive, ongoing partner relationship is secured.
- Driving Sales
- Working towards stretching, financial targets
- Leading campaigns, proposals, procurement, pitches, and stakeholder engagement strategies to engage and launch new NHS Partnerships
- Recording and reporting on personal sales performance and supporting the NHS Director to forecast and plan effectively.

Essential:
- A passion to work with the NHS to enhance learning and development opportunities to help develop, upskill, retain, and diversify talent across the sector.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets, preferably in a solution-based role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and listening skills.
- Drive to be a high performer, individually and as part of a team.
- An understanding of the NHS and its strategic priorities.
- Experience in engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, ideally within an NHS setting.
