The role:
As Client Success Manager, you will be working with a key client to drive engagement and implement in-takes of learners across the full range of Corndel training programmes. This is a new, unique role, that is key to the development of our partnership and growth, with our key client. You will be a customer-focused individual and play a critical role in driving engagement, communication, and programme interest within our key client organisation. This role requires a blend of account management, customer success, and education advocacy skills, as the Client Engagement Manager will not only contribute towards the key client relationship, but also provide embedded support, to engage and educate client employees on the benefits of Corndel programmes.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the growth and development of Corndel
  • Helping a key client to put more people onto our programmes
  • Work closely with a key client during peak times
  • Support relationship with a key client, helping them achieve their strategic goals
  • Organise and manage promotional communications
  • Target business areas for specific training needs
  • Provide embedded support within a key client organisation, to engage and educate their teams
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive engagement, adoption, and success of Corndel programmes, within a key client organisation
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Tracking the enrolment activity of learners
  • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals
  • Work closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Directors

Experience and Skills:
Essential:
 
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • A track record of delivering customer service, ideally in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • High levels of organisation
  • Good written skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to Analyse Data, to make informed decisions
  • An ability to work constructively in a team to achieve shared objectives

Desirable:
  • Experience and knowledge of apprenticeships and funded training
